目標：透過有系統的音樂培訓，提升老師設計多元化音樂活動，藉啟發小朋友音樂創意及自信。

策略及工作內容:

1. 檢視全年各級音樂大綱

2. 修訂全年各級校本音樂教案

3. 舉行老師音樂工作坊，加強教師認知樂理及教學技巧的知識和技巧。

4. 安排有系統及家期到校觀課，回饋及交流，提升教師教學技巧

Objective: Through systematic music training, teachers are encouraged to plan a variety of music activities to inspire children’s musical creativity and self-confidence.

Description:

1. Review the music syllabus for all levels throughout the year

2. Revision of school-based music planning for all levels throughout the year

3. Establish music workshops for teachers to enhance teachers’ knowledge and skills in music theory and teaching techniques.

4. Arrange systematic and home-based classroom observation to give feedback and exchange ideas to enhance teachers’ teaching skills
